ARM: dts: msm: Update userspace tsens threshold for SDM845

Thermal sensors, with userspace governor are configured to send a trip
threshold at 65C in devicetree. But the threshold the sensor has to
monitor should come from userspace governor. This placeholder threshold
might trigger high trip interrupt, which is not handled by any governor.

To avoid unhandled interrupts, update the placeholder thresholds in
devicetree to be higher than the operating temperature for SDM845.
