input: ft5x06_ts: Add driver for ft5x06 series

Ft5x06 controllers are single chip capacitive
touch panel controller ICs with a built-in 8 bit
Micro Controller Unit. It supports multi-touch
capability and can detect up to five touches.
Fix checkpatch errors.
