defconfig: arm64: msm: Enable LKDTM

Enable LKDTM (Linux Kernel Test Tool Dump). LKDTM helps in validating
different memory permission tests such as bad read, write to user memory
region. The module can be used to validate ARMv8.2 feature like PAN
(Priviledged Access Never).
