Let LCM reduce power consumption when suspend

Root cause: LCM module has power consumption issue.

How to fix: According to vendor's application notes,
if we pull down TP reset pin when suspend,
we can obtain pure display power consumption.
According to my experiment result,
 it can reduce over 2mA.
