ARM: dts: msm: Disable kgsl iommu test device for sdm670



With increase in kgsl iommu SMR requirement with commit 1465ed1b3b20 ("ARM:
dts: msm: Add SID 1 to secure context bank for sdm670") there are not
enough SMR registers for both debug and normal use-cases.

disable kgsl iommu test device to free up a SMR.
