ARM: dts: msm: Update pcie device and vendor id for sdxpoorwills



PCIE device id is different for sdxpoorwills v1 and v2 hw versions
which results in host drivers not getting loaded for v2 hw.
Update the device and vendor id to match those of v1 hw.
