msm: cam: debug: add tracepoints

First round of tracepoints to track activity
from the apply to IRQ stack.

Added tracepoints all found under new node
/d/tracing/events/camera/

cam_apply_req         - request to apply state
cam_buf_done          - buffer filled by hardware
cam_context_state     - state transition by a context
cam_flush_req         - flush request from CSL
cam_isp_activated_irq - ISP IRQ logged during bh
