ARM: dts: msm: add device tree support for msm8917 



Add device tree support for msm8917 device.
This implementation is based on snapshot of the
msm8917 device tree from msm-3.18 commit 4ad309b7a8c47
("ARM: dts: msm: add the CoreSight componenets for msmgold").
