NFC: Fix force firmware download for SN1xx HW

At present if device is rebooted or powered off while firmware
download is in progress, NFC HW will go to bad state.

During next boot cycle NFC driver will send command to read HW
related information and getting wrong firmware version which
is causing NFC initialization issue on SN1xx HW.

Added support to read firmware version for NQx and SN1xx both
based on chip id.
