ARM: dts: msm: Update TUNE5 value with QUSB2PHY on SDM845

Low speed devices like mouse, keyboard are not able to enumerate with
both USB primary and USB secondary ports when USB is used into host
mode. Fix this issue by increasing LSTX slew rate by updating TUNE5
value from 0x00 to 0x03.
