ARM: dts: msm: Add AHB2PHY clk reference with USB QMP PHY node on sdm845

It is must to enable AHB2PHY clock to access USB QMP PHY registers.
Without AHB2PHY clock voting, trying to access any USB QMP PHY register
results into unsecure crashed i.e. bus hang. Fix this hang issue by
adding AHB2PHY clk reference with USB QMP PHY devicenode which is used
by USB QMP PHY driver to turn On/Off AHB2PHY clock.
