Drop ALAC support

* Drop all ALAC-related implementations and print warnings instead if
  they get called.
* Keep define's intact, so that it's still possible to identify the
  codec/format and warn accordingly.
* Keep code close to upstream, so wrap it in ifdef's rather than
  removing it completely.
