ARM: dts: msm: set PM8998 LDO 2 as always-on for sdm845 



PM8998 LDO 2 powers the VDDPX_10 pad domain which can't be power collapsed
without triggering the UFS device to reset. Hence configure LDO 2 as
always-on regulator.
