defconfig: msm: enable thermal framework related drivers for MSM8937/sdm439

Enable thermal framework related drivers like cpu thermal,
devfreq thermal, QMI TM, virtual sensor, regulator cooling device
etc. for MSM8937/SDM439 32 bit mode.
