mm: vmalloc: don't print lowmem information

With CONFIG_ENABLE_VMALLOC_SAVING enabled, carve-outs are
reused as vmalloc space. Since vmalloc space is now spread
across whole of kernel virtual memory, vmallocinfo prints
lowmem information as well.

Remove lowmem information from vmallocinfo as it isn't
expected.
