defconfig: msm: Disable coresight cti for msm8937 perf build

qcom,cti-save is enabled for cpu ctis on msm8937 for primary build
debug which will keep qdss clk being on. It will increase the power
consumption. So disable coresight cti for msm8937 on perf build.
