thermal: qpnp-adc-tm: Add support for non HC peripheral

ADC_TM driver supports clients to set thresholds
and receive notification for PMIC ADC channels.
It includes support for dedicated Upper and Lower
threshold interrupts for high/low interrupt notification
along with updates to configure threshold monitoring.
Add support for requesting software initiated
calibration of channels as needed.
