ARM: dts: msm: Disable U1 and U2 for SDXPOORWILLS

During data transfers over BULK endpoint and with
U1 and U2 disabled, the device could not exit U1
to U0 upon host port request resulting in re-enumeration
of device.
Fix the re-enumeration issue by disabling U1 and U2.
