msm: camera: msm_sensor and camera_dt_util changes for fetchcam

Prevents situation in which CSI can't be uninitialized by kernel.
Additionally, msm_sensor will check whether the DSP-side camera
sensor name matches one of the sensor drivers from mm-camera.
