Revert "msm: camera: ife: Add bus write master UBWC config update"

This reverts commit 776c3918.
The change being reverted was made to add support for UBWC 3.0
config on newer hardware. UBWC 3.0 is not supported by SDM845
target and older hardware and therefore that change is not
needed on 4.9 branch.
