wlan: Fix memory leaks in RSO and RoamScanTrigger requests

RoamOffloadScanInfo and PERRoamTriggerScanInfo memory
allocated in RSO and Roam scan trigger request respectively
are not freed in the callbacks resulting in memory leak.

Fix is to free the wdaWdiApiMsgParam field in WDA request
params
