drivers: thermal: lmh-dcvsh: Specify cluster affinity in device tree

LMH DCVSh driver needs the cluster affinity of a CPU Core to associate
the CPU and LMH DCVSh hardware.

Specify the cluster affinity of a LMH DCVSh hardware in the device tree.
