mt6765-common: Add support for DT2W in power AIDL

- Currently, MTK is using a workaround to write to DT2W node from the Settings app. However, importing this change into the AOSP is not practical. Therefore, we have decided to recompile the power AIDL with DT2W support to ensure that the feature works seamlessly without resorting to hacks.
