mt6765-common: Don't reserve space on non GMS builds

  - zirconia has space constraints with smaller super block
    and reserving more space leads to installation failure
    on certain builds.
  - We are shipping prod builds with locked bootloader which
    makes reserving extra space for GMS pointless.
