Revert "emerald: Update dtbo to SP1A.210812.016"

  - The old driver would not function without reverting dtb changes.
    Comparing 11 vs 12 stock DTBO only shows USB related changes.
    Complying with changes at android_kernel_teracube_mt6765!1 (78acd1f5).

This reverts commit 270f188d.
