mako: Change XTRA_SERVER entries to v2 of the data files.

On my mako device, the XTRA 3.0 files do not seem to work.  Changing to
the XTRA 2.0 files works correctly and the GPS syncs in less than 10 seconds.
I changed it for all of the values in the Mako overlays.
