FP5: Bump to FP5.TT45.A.141.20240115

  • Also, fix extract-files.sh permission.
  1. Flash the current shipping /e/OS build.
  2. Apply the new build with the latest firmware.
  3. Verify that the device boots successfully into /e/OS and that basic HW functionality is functional.
