FP3: manifest: Drop unused manifest entries

* vendor.qti.hardware.bluetooth_audio and vendor.qti.hardware.btconfigstore
are part of QTI-BT-Stack. Since there is no proper support for
the stack, these entries can be dropped.
* vendor.qti.hardware.data.latency is not fully supported in
the current tree.
* vendor.qti.hardware.fstman is dropped in Android 12.

Test: run vts -m vts_treble_vintf_vendor_test
