FP3: Add vendor variant for some of the HIDL libraries 

As per https://android.googlesource.com/platform/hardware/interfaces/+/b0907a6,
most of the HIDL libraries are no longer accessible to prebuilt
vendor libraries/binaries.

Hence, a vendor varient of all necessary libraries would be needed
to resolve the dependency.
