FP3: media: Cleanup unused files 

* Unset media.settings.xml as we don't need a vendor variant
* Keep just one instance of each configuration file. AOSP
framework tries to access the following files:
    * media_codecs.xml
    * media_codecs_performance.xml
    * media_profiles_V1_0.xml
