FP3: Adjust to new Audio HAL

As per commit d53dd1bddf620292a97238ec98c07ef700e2b7df in Audio
HAL, 8916 and 8974 platforms are converged.

Hence:
* Rename mixer_paths_wcd9326.xml to mixer_paths_tashalite.xml.
* Add all audio related vendor properties.
* Copy all necessary configurations from the Audio HAL project.
