AHAL: specify calculation formula for incall recording

-incall recording RAT only supports 48k and recorded
 data returned to hal can't reach requested size for
 44.1/22.05k.. sample rate if using the same buffer
 size with deep buffer. so specify the calculation
 formula for incall recording.
-APM will force the audio input source of downlink and
 voicecall to voice communication during voice call, so
 deal with this case to avoid selecting deep buffer for
 incall recording.
