audio: add Fast profile for USB playback

- Touch tones/fast outputs and Music uses AudioStreamOut.
 USB playback state is same for Media and Fast outputs
 that is MUSIC. Fast output is finished playback will
 clear MUSIC state in standby and it will lead to no
 state for USB even though music continues leads to close
 of USB playback thread.
- Fix is to add different USB states for music and Fast
  outputs.
