alsa_sound: Remove HDMI device for voice stream

 -For VOIP(hangout) usecase, sometimes when HDMI is connected,
  application sets the stream as VOICE without updating the
  phone state as IN CALL.This results in the HDMI device and
  related profile getting picked. Now,since the expected and
  chosen parameters(sample rate, channel) do not match , audio
  track is not created.
 -For VOICE stream, HDMI device should not be selected
