configs: bengal: move MBHC to SWR master port#3

MBHC on SWR master port#1 currently, but when SVA
enalbed, it has conflicts with some other device ctrl,
due to which SWR config cannot be applied. Move MBHC to
SWR master port#3 similar to IDP to fix this issue.
Also move ADC2_Mixer switch enabling to last after
setting SWR master port and channel.
