hal: select phone call snd device when audio recording with usb headset

Fix phone call no sound with usb headset when assistant app start
during phone call.

When audio recording with usb headset during phone call, it would not
use phone call snd device and it would trigger phone call reroute to
audio recording snd device and cause the phone call no sound. Use
phone call snd device in for audio record usecase to not trigger phone
call usecase reroute.
