Remove valid mask of microphone characteristics.

Change the logic of passing microphone characteristics so that the order
of the microphone characteristics in xml file could be more flexible.
There are mandatory and optional characteristics. If any mandatory
characteristics are missed, the data will not be set. If any optional
characteristics are missed, they will be filled as unknown value.
