configs: sdm845: Modified sound model lib names

Modfied the following sound model library names
in sound_trigger_platform_info.xml as per S upgrade built
shared lib names, libcapiv2svacnn to libcapiv2svacnnvendor and
libcapiv2vop.so  to libcapiv2vopvendor
