audio-hal: fix for compilation issues

compilation error no member named 'sp_version' in '
struct audio_cal_info_spk_prot_cfg'. sp_version included
support for Speaker Protection V4 feature. sp_version support not
there in kernel msm-4.4 so added SPKR_PROT version macro check to
resolve compilation error.
