msm8939/16: Update sound trigger mixer controls for listen

-update the device mixer controls to have different devices for
APE and CPE based listen use cases.
This is needed to support setting the device mixer controls
based on SVA the execution mode.
-Sound Trigger mixer controls are modified for external codec
as part of Linear Echo Cancelation(LEC) support.
Update mixer paths xml for external codec to use modified
mixer controls
