configs: lahaina: Add support for SVA5 plus other updates

1) Add support for PDK5 - this includes updating the version
   to 0x0106 to support multiple module_params tags per
   lsm_usecase. Support for the pdk5_app_type param is also
   added.
2) Update the implementer version to 0x0102.
3) Change the default config from TMIC to DMIC.
