configs: sdm660: Add Speaker mixer controls for RAS test device

Add speaker mixer controls for RAS test device for sdm660 for
offline RAS module tuning. Also rename audio_tuning_mixer.txt
to audio_tuning_mixer_tasha.txt as it is for tasha codec and
use audio_tuning_mixer.txt for internal codec target.
