hal: spkr_protection: remove sending handset mic calibration

In order to flush the feedback path speaker protection calibration,
handset mic calibration is applied. However, due to the handset mic
calibration is not actually sent to ADSP for speaker protection use
case, it will be picked up mistakenly by SVA session when the SVA
concurrency use case is enabled. Remove the codes to send handset
mic calibration and let driver to handle the current condition.
