config: SVA: Add support for fluence in WDSP mode 

Add the gcs_usecases for fluence support in WDSP mode.
Set the primary, secondary and error mics for all
fluence usecases to be inline with audio and voice
calibration for wcd9370 and wcd9340 variants of msmsteppe.
