hal: Modify EAGLE framework to use generic audio device node

-- EAGLE framework assumes SLIM device nodes to be always present
   and uses them for communicating with drivers.
-- This assumption is not true for all the targets.
-- Modify EAGLE frameworks to use generic audio device node which
   will be present for all the targets.
