configs: msm8937: Add mixer ctl for wsa-spkr WHS combo

Add mixer control for WSA speaker and wired headphone combo in
mixer files of MTP and tasha variants.
This fixes issue of incoming ringtone call audio not heard on
wsa speaker and headphones.
