Quitting opened App from Folder opens Folder

Summary
In 2.0-alpha: I have several Apps grouped in folders on my home screen. When i open one of these apps it is starting accordingly. Starting the "Task Manager" (display all open apps - swiping up) leads to showing the previously opened group in the foreground and the Task Manager in the background. This misbehavior appeared with the 2.0 - has not been there on all 1.* versions.
In 2.0-beta: The App folder is not dislayed anymore when the task manager is opened. Nevertheless there is an other focus so the task manager is in the background. It seems like in this case the change from 2.0-alpha to 2.0-beta is that the previously opened folder is not visible (and cannot be selected) anymore but the task manager still can not be accessed directly.
The problem
Steps to reproduce
Group some apps in a folder in your home screen. Open an App from that folder. Swipe up to start the task manager. When you try to close the started app you can not do it in the first place.
What is the current behavior?
Trying to close the app is like closing the folder on the home screen. App will be closed at second time.
What is the expected correct behavior?
App can be closed at first place.

Screenshot cannot be taken for beta-version due to the fact that the folder is invisible. Alpha-Version behaviour looked like this when the task manager started:
Solutions
Workaround
You can simply close the folder and usw the task manager afterwards. It just interrupts your workflow as you need to tip and touch more times than necessary.
