- Trackers blocker enabled: yes/no Unknown
Summary
None of the three phone will connect to Murena Cloud or a self hosted VPS and sync Photos either manually or automatically. Contacts, emails and calendars sync though.
The problem
I have tried rebooting the phone with power connected. Disabling /e/ drive and then starting sync, Factory Restoring the phones, and on the Pixel 4a, completely converting it over to /e/ OS from Android using Easy Installer. I tried reinstalling for the Pixel 5 but Easy Installer is having issues with that. (In another bug report.)
I was connected to my Murena account and it was working on my Pixel 5. When my REVVLRY+ wouldn't connect to my new self hosted VPS, I deleted my account on my Pixel 5 and tried to connect to the self hosted VPS. Everything synced but the pictures. So I deleted that account off my Pixel 5 and readded my Murena account, and it no longer synced the pictures, but everything else worked. So I converted a Pixel 4a which was on my ToDo list, and that also did not sync photos. But Photos DO sync with the Nextcloud app. It has to be a /e/ drive issue.Technical informations
When I looked at the Show debug info and found this:
org.tasks.permission.READ_TASKS: denied
org.tasks.permission.WRITE_TASKS: denied
at.techbee.jtx.PERMISSION.READ: denied
at.techbee.jtx.PERMISSION.WRITE: denied
Solutions
Workaround
The work around is to use the Nextcloud app. Nothing else has worked.
