Summary
After flashing recovery to the phone, and trying to boot into it, the message show on the screen: "Your device software can't be checked for corruption. Please lock the bootloader"

Steps to reproduce
- flash recovery iamge to the device.
- try boot into recovery mode.
What is the current behavior?
Instead of booting the recovery, the message is shown. No valid method to relock the device is stated in the e/os install guide for the device. Nor can any of the traditional methods like:
- fastboot oem lock
- fastboot oem relock
- fastboot flashing lock
be issued succesfully. All state that remote command is unknown.
What is the expected correct behavior?
- Enter the Recovery menu
