Cant login to Teams or Outlook

Summary
I'm no longer able to login to my work account using the official Outlook and Teams mobile apps.
The problem
My Teams and Outlook apps stopped updating content over the weekend. I eventually uninstalled both apps and reinstalled the apps. When trying to login, I receive a "network error" in both apps. No password recent password changes. I see that both apps were recently updated in the app lounge, so wondering if that caused the problem.
